Microwave the cream for 1 moment or heat it in a saucepan over medium-hight warmth right until it's steaming (not boiling) and after that pour it over the chocolate. The easiest way for me to show the cake out was to put a towel over the cake whilst it was inside the pan, then covering the towel and pan with my cooling rack. This is a dessert
